What it is

Code violation cases from the City of Fort Worth Code Compliance Department. This covers Fort Worth only, not all of Tarrant County. The page says these are real cases, not complaints.

Why it matters

An open code case can mean a neglected or vacant house, and an owner who may want out. Fines and repair orders add pressure to sell.

The fields you get

  • Violation_ID
  • Complaint_Type_Description
  • Violation_Address
  • City
  • Violation_Current_Status
  • Case_Current_Status
  • Violation_Created_Date
  • Case_Created_Date

The page says it updates weekly. The newest case date we saw on November 5 was November 3, 2026.

  • Location_1 is map coordinates, not the street address. Use Violation_Address.
  • A cookie box can cover the table. Click Accept only necessary cookies.
  • If Toggle Filters is off, you get the whole table, not your filtered rows.
