What it is

Code enforcement cases from the City of Tucson, named Last 60 Days. This covers Tucson only, not all of Pima County.

Why it matters

An open code case can mean a neglected or vacant house, and an owner who may want out. Fines and repair orders add pressure to sell.

The fields you get

  • CaseType
  • status
  • DESCRIPTION
  • MainAddress
  • PARCEL
  • OPENEDDATE
  • CLOSEDDATE

Watch out for these

  • The list changes fast. Pull it often so you do not miss cases.
  • Notice of Violation and Citation are also live statuses. Tick them too if you want them.
  • The same case can show on more than one row. Remove duplicate case numbers.
  • Some rows have an old open date, even with Last 60 Days in the name.
  • There is no owner name. Use the PARCEL on the Pima County property site.
  • If Toggle Filters is off, you get the whole table, not your filtered rows.
