   Go to Allentown Code Cases. This is a plain city data page. It shows the list of columns.

   Open the query form

   Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the link Query.

   Fill the top of the form

   In Where type STATUSNAME='In Progress'. In Out Fields type CASENUMBER,STATUSNAME,ADDRESSLINE1,PREDIRECTION,ADDRESSLINE2,STREETTYPE,CITY,POSTALCODE,PARCELNUMBER,OPENEDDATE.

   Fill the bottom of the form

   In Order By Fields type OPENEDDATE DESC. Set Format to HTML. Click Query (GET).

   Copy your records

   The page says displaying top 50 of 526 results, then one block per case. Select the blocks and paste them into a sheet. For the next 50, go back, type 50 in Result Offset and click Query (GET) again. Then use 100, 150 and so on.

Watch out for these

• There is no download button. You copy from the screen.
• The page only shows 50 records at a time. Use Result Offset for more.
• The house number and street name are in separate fields. Join them to make the address.
• There is no owner name. Use the parcel number on the county property site.
• This is a City of Allentown list, not all of Lehigh County.
