Why it matters

Vacant lots can be good land deals. The list gives the owner name and a mailing address, so you can reach owners who do not live on the lot.

  4. Get the next page

    Scroll up to the form. Type 2000 in Result Offset. Click Query (GET) at the bottom. Add 2000 for each next page.
    Tip: We counted 18,455 parcels on the day we checked. Pull only as many pages as you need.

Tips for after you pull

  • To check one parcel, remove the space from its RE number and open the Duval Property Appraiser page, like this example. It shows the Property Use line.

Watch out for these

  • Many lots have a street number of 0, like 0 HELENA ST. The lot has no house number yet. Use the RE number to identify it.
  • Some owners are builders, churches and companies. Remove any you do not want.

This is the City of Jacksonville parcel data for code 0000. In the pages we checked, the city column showed Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Baldwin. We did not compare it with the full county roll.
