What it is

Code violations and inspections from the City of Minneapolis. This covers Minneapolis only, not all of Hennepin County.

Why it matters

An open code case can mean a neglected or vacant house, and an owner who may want out. Fines and repair orders add pressure to sell.

  5. Download the CSV

Watch out for these

  • One case has many rows, one per violation. Remove duplicate case numbers if you only want one row per house.
  • The status Open has almost no rows. Enforce, Assessed, Pending and Stop Work hold the live cases.
  • There is no owner name. Use the APN on the Hennepin County property site.
  • If Toggle Filters is off, you get the whole table, not your filtered rows.
