Code enforcement cases from the City of Columbus Department of Building and Zoning Services, from 2019 to now. This covers Columbus only, not all of Franklin County.
Why it matters
An open code case can mean a neglected or vacant house, and an owner who may want out. Fines and repair orders add pressure to sell.

- Other open statuses are Court and Civil Injunction. Tick them too if you want them.
- There is no owner name. Use the parcel number on the Franklin County property site.
- If Toggle Filters is off, you get the whole table, not your filtered rows.
